הצטרפי אלינו למועדון!

סטודיו הנשים של בית יהודית עם מגוון שיעורי תנועה וספורט: התעמלות בונה עצם, פילאטיס, התעמלות, פלדנקרייז, יוגה ועוד - המתקיימים בסטודיו מאובזר עם הדרכה מקצועית.

שישה ימים בשבוע בשעות הבוקר, לא כולל ערבי חג וחג - בואי מתי שתרצי!

250 ש"ח בחודש, וכמה שיעורים שתבחרי.

אנחנו מזמינים אתכם לצבוע כלי קרמיקה מגוונים לבית וליהנות מזמן איכות משפחתי באווירה יצירתית.

שעות פתיחה בחג:

* חול המועד (א'-ב'): 10:00-18:00

* ערב חג שני (ג'): 10:00-14:00

 

הסטודיו נמצא במנהל הקהילתי גינות העיר בבית יהודית, קומה 1

 מרחב מוגן נמצא בבית ספר בית חינוך, בהישמע התרעה מקדימה יש להתפנות לשם.

The women’s club returns! 

Join the club

The women’s studio in Beit Yehudit with a variety of sport and movement classes, bone building, Pilates, gymnastics, feldenkreis, yoga and more - takes place in a well equipped studio with professional teaching, six days a week, excluding festival eves and festivals - come whenever you want.

The studio is located on the first floor of Beit Yehudit community council, Emek Refaim 12

There is a sheltered space in Beit Chinuch school and on hearing the warning prior to the siren you should make your way there.
